Gibson Explorer Shred X 2008 Guitar of the Month #6 Ebony

Launched in 1958 alongside the Flying V, both models were a resounding commercial failure. It would be 18 years, until 1976, before Explorer production resumed. This modernized Shred-X is part of the Guitar of the Month series for June 2008. Released in a limited edition, it features a pair of EMG 85 active pickups, a Kahler vibrato, and an ebony fretboard. In very good condition, sold with its original case.
