In 1964, the scale length was increased from 22.5 to 24 inches, and the Mustang was launched, its main difference from the Duo being the addition of a vibrato. The maple neck with an A profile features a rosewood fingerboard with a 7.25-inch radius, while the body is finished in a beautiful Dakota Red.
