Indeed, the construction of this 1983 Custom Shop Edition is closer to a Standard than the current Studio models: binding for the body and neck. However, its silkscreened logo and dot inlays hint at certain Studio-specific features. This Les Paul, very light thanks to its 5mm thinner body, weighs only 3.68 kg! As for modifications, this 1983 example was once fitted with a Bigsby tremolo, the pickups are a Seymour Duncan &#039;59 in the bridge position and a DiMarzio DP194 PAF in the neck position, the frets, bridge, stop bar, and tuners have all been replaced.
