Sold out

The concept behind the J160 is simple: released in 1954, at the dawn of the electric guitar, it was necessary to find a way to effectively amplify an acoustic guitar. This explains the presence of a P-90 pickup between the fingerboard and the soundhole. John Lennon notably used this model to record with the Beatles. This example, over 50 years old, bears the marks of its long life: the headstock has been repaired and the hole between the two potentiometers has been recut. Sold with a generic case.
