Gibson Les Paul Reissue 1954 aged

The year 1954 saw the introduction of wraparound guitars at Gibson (well… actually, it happened sometime in 1953), and the brand-new Junior and Custom models benefited from this new design, as did the Standard. This Custom Shop model isn't finished in VOS but in Ultra Heavy Aged: the entire guitar has been reliced by Tom Murphy (the most observant will have recognized his signature near the treble volume potentiometer), and the result is truly breathtaking on this particular example! The neck is nice and thick, and the weight of 3.9 kg is very reasonable for a Les Paul. It comes with its certificate of authenticity, accessories, and its original Lifton case, which also looks like it's seen better days.
