In the late 1960s, Epiphone production moved to Asia, and Gibson was unsure what to do with its mini-humbuckers… Undeterred, Gibson reintroduced the Les Paul to its catalog in 1968 and, at the same time, decided to create a new model: the Deluxe, equipped with these famous pickups. This 2011 example is in excellent condition and comes with its original case.
