Perhaps Gibson's most aesthetically pleasing achievement… Released in 1958, the ES-335 was the Nashville brand's first semi-hollowbody, closely followed by its siblings, the ES-345 and 355. This particular model isn't a 335, but an ES-333: an affordable version of the iconic 1/4-size guitar. It features a satin finish, the original pickups have been replaced with Burstbucker 1s in the neck position and 2s in the bridge, and there's a hatch for accessing the electronics. The craftsmanship is excellent, and these cost-saving measures allow the customer… to save money!
