Gibson J-55 Natural 1976

Introduced in 1939, the J55 was a luxury version of the J-35 (a cousin of the J-45). It reappeared under the Norlin brand in 1972. Its body is mahogany, the neck is three-piece maple, the top is spruce, and the fingerboard and bridge are rosewood. This particular guitar is in good condition, with a repaired crack, some wear to the tortoise binding, and a replaced pickguard. Sold in its very rare original case! A beautiful vintage player's guitar, made in the USA, at an affordable price.
