Fulltone PlimSoul MKII Custom Shop

The PlimSoul MkII, Custom Shop version, is a boutique overdrive/distortion pedal handcrafted in the USA, an evolution of the PlimSoul conceived by Mike Fuller. Its unique feature is the combination of two completely independent clipping circuits: a soft clipping stage, reminiscent of a Tube Screamer or Zendrive, and a hard clipping stage inspired by RAT or Distortion+ distortions, allowing you to go from a light overdrive to a dense and biting saturation, or to blend the two for a wide variety of textures. This MkII version includes several significant improvements: a higher input impedance for better interaction with the guitar's volume control, a hard clipping circuit now using germanium diodes, a "Loss-Less Bass" switch that preserves or tightens the low end as needed, and a more effective Treble control. Powerable with 9 or 18 V for more headroom, equipped with true bypass and impeccable construction, it is renowned for its dynamics, versatility and behavior very close to a pushed tube amp.
