In 1956, Fender introduced two guitars aimed at beginners and those on a budget: the Musicmaster and the Duo-Sonic. In 1964, the Mustang was launched, its main difference from the Duo being the addition of a vibrato. This 1968, 24-inch scale model in Daphne Blue boasts a superb patina. The B-shaped neck isn't too thin on this particular guitar, which is missing its serial number. The guitar has been refretted, and the potentiometers are not original. It comes in its beautiful speckled gray case, reminiscent of salmon skin!
