Barber Compact Burn Unit

The Burn Unit is a highly versatile American boutique overdrive pedal, derived from Barber's renowned Burn Unit, designed to cover a wide range of tones from clean boosts and light edge-of-breakup to Fender Tweed, 60s/70s Marshall, and Dumble/fusion-style distortion. It features Volume, Tone, and Burn controls, as well as two 3-position mini-switches: one for midrange, the other for dynamics and compression, allowing you to shift from a smooth, slightly saggy response to a tighter or more compressed sound. An internal trim control also allows you to adjust the bass. Highly sensitive to attack, it maintains excellent chord definition even with high gain and is a particularly interesting pedal for blues, rock, fusion, and classic rock. Made in the USA.
