The Spark is a particularly versatile analog boost pedal, capable of ranging from a very transparent clean boost to a light overdrive. It offers up to +26 dB of gain, with four controls: Gain, Level, Bass, and Treble, as well as a 3-way selector switch: Clean / Fat / Mid. The Clean mode preserves the guitar's character while increasing the level, Fat thickens the sound by boosting the bass and low-mids, while Mid accentuates the mids to make solos stand out, with a coloration similar to using a Tube Screamer as a boost.
