Crazy Tube Circuits Heatseeker

The Heatseeker is a high-end analog pedal/preamp designed around classic AC/DC-style rock tones. Handcrafted in Greece, it combines three voicings of legendary Marshall amps—JTM45, Super Lead, and JCM800—with a recreation of the Schaffer Vega Diversity System preamp, famous for shaping Angus Young's live sound. Thanks to its JFET-based analog circuitry, it delivers a very organic, dynamic, and harmonically rich tone, ranging from vintage crunch to heavy 70s/80s rock. Its "Enhance" control affects harmonics and attack, while the "Wall of Sound" switch thickens and widens the sound like a wall of Marshall stacks. Highly expressive and particularly successful with clean amps or neutral platforms, it is often considered one of the best modern "Marshall-in-a-box" pedals.
