EVH 5150 Standard Maple 2018 Rocket Red

The 5150 Standard is a guitar designed for modern rock and metal, directly inspired by the demands of’Eddie Van Halen. While it captures the spirit of Van Halen's famous superstrats, it adopts a more modern design with a slightly offset body, optimized access to the upper frets, and particularly well-executed ergonomics. It's built around a basswood body, a bolt-on roasted maple neck reinforced with graphite, and a maple fingerboard with a compound radius of 12 to 16 inches, ideal for combining comfortable chords with fast playing. Equipped with two high-output EVH humbuckers and a Floyd Rose tremolo, it excels in rock, hard rock, and metal while maintaining excellent definition for clean tones. Its neck, with its specially developed EVH profile, is often considered one of its main strengths, offering a quick and comfortable playing experience.
