Fender Marauder Modern Player 2012 Black

The Marauder is an atypical Fender inspired by a 1960s prototype that was never commercially released. It combines a Jazzmaster-style neck pickup with a highly versatile Triplebucker bridge pickup via a 5-way selector switch, offering tones ranging from single-coil to a fuller humbucker. The maple neck features a rosewood fingerboard with a 9.5-inch radius. With its koto body, Strat-style vibrato, and retro-futuristic offset design, it stands out for its great versatility and a less "classic Fender" character, making it a unique and sought-after model on the used market, especially appreciated by those who want to stray from the Stratocaster/Telecaster path. The tuners have been replaced with locking Gotoh tuners.
