Now replaced by American Originals, the AVRI models were in Fender's lineup just below the Custom Shop. This particular guitar is no longer a Fullerton but one of the first produced in Corona. It features a medium-thick neck, 7.25" radius, thin frets… vintage! It's original except for a repair near one of the tuners, the deep routing for the neck and bridge pickups, and the replacement of the bridge pickup and tremolo arm. The finish has developed a beautiful natural patina. Sold with a non-original case.
