Sister to the American Vintage (replaced by the American Original), the Hot Rod 57 gets a modern update, notably with a 9.5-inch radius. As for pickups, the Noiseless and DiMarzio have been replaced by two SP Custom SmokeyClub 62s and a Tonerider in the middle position. Visually, it's the '57: maple fretboard with a soft V neck and a two-tone sunburst finish!
