Fender Telecaster Custom 1996 Sunburst Made in Japan 50th Anniversary

Before being fitted with a Wide Range pickup in 1972, the Custom was essentially a Telecaster dressed up for a special occasion. It features two bindings around its body. But this 50th Anniversary edition adds a photo-flame finish to the body for a stunning flamed maple effect! The bridge pickup has been replaced with a Seymour Duncan Little '59: a humbucker in a single-coil format for added punch. The bridge has also been changed to a Wilkinson. As always, the guitar boasts the high-quality craftsmanship and flawless assembly typical of Japanese engineering.
