The original was only produced in very limited quantities in 1939, but fortunately Gibson decided to reissue it: the Advanced Jumbo! The model's main distinguishing feature is its long 25.5-inch scale length, while Gibson typically offered a 24.75-inch scale. The back, sides, and fingerboard are rosewood, the neck is mahogany, and the top is spruce. This Custom Shop model is in very good condition and comes with its original case.
