Gibson Chet Atkins CE 1988 Showcase Edition Sunburst

This hybrid Gibson sits halfway between a classical and an electric guitar, as indicated by its "CE" designation for Classical Electric. While Chet Atkins is primarily associated with Gretsch, he also collaborated with Gibson to create this model. It was adopted at the time by numerous artists such as Mark Knopfler, Eric Clapton, and David Gilmour! This particular guitar is from a limited edition of 200: the Showcase Edition, featuring a rare Sunburst finish. In good condition, it comes with its original brown hardshell case with a pink interior.
