Gibson Chet Atkins Tennessean 1998 Wine Red

Chet Atkins is often associated with Gretsch, but it would be a shame to forget his partnership with Gibson! This Tennessean has a shape and design similar to the ES-335 with a center block, although the scale length is 25.5 inches and it boasts an ebony fretboard. The pickups are a 490T in the bridge position and a 492R in the neck position, a model specially developed for the Atkins! Note the absence of a pickguard and the replacement of the tuners with Grover tuners. The guitar has a beautiful patina and is sold in its brown case with pink fuzzy lining.
