Gibson ES-347 Ebony 1989

With the 335, 345, and 355, Gibson felt its semi-hollow range wasn't quite complete enough and therefore decided to introduce the 347 in 1978! It's essentially a 335 with an ebony fretboard, coil-splitting for the pickups to switch to single-coil mode, and a TP6 pickup. In the late 1980s, Bill Lawrence collaborated with Gibson to create a now-rare set of pickups: the HB-L and HB-R The Original, which are fitted to this beautifully aged guitar. Sold in its original brown case with pink fuzzy lining.
