Gibson Les Paul 1960 Classic 2000 Amber

The Classic is a Les Paul Standard with a slimmed-down 1960s-style neck. This slim neck is normally paired with aggressive ceramic magnet pickups like the 496R and 500T; here, they've been replaced with excellent French boutique pickups: HepCat PAF 59s, coupled with Bumblebee capacitors. Otherwise, the construction remains classic: mahogany body and neck, 12-inch radius rosewood fingerboard, and maple top. This particular guitar dates from a period beloved by Les Paul enthusiasts and comes in its brown hardshell case with a pink fuzzy lining, typical of the 90s.
