Gibson Les Paul Reissue 1957 Custom Shop 2007 Goldtop VOS Darkback

Before adopting the Sunburst finish in 1958, Les Paul Standards were Goldtop. It was for the 1957 model year that the humbucker replaced the P90 on this model. This reissue features Burstbucker 1 and 2 pickups. This isn't a relic/aged finish, but rather a model with a patina acquired through play and age; the Goldtop has turned green due to oxidation, revealing the wood beneath! The neck is nice and thick, yet incredibly comfortable. Sold with its certificate of authenticity in its original case.
