About this instrument

Introduced in 1952, the Les Paul has continuously evolved throughout the decade. In 1956, the "ultimate" version, before the advent of PAF humbuckers, was introduced. It featured a Tune-O-Matic pickup system instead of a wraparound, and of course, a pair of P90 pickups, the bridge position being significantly more powerful! Here is a very rare Les Paul Standard, produced in a limited series in 1997, all original and in very good condition. The construction is classic: mahogany body and neck, maple top, and rosewood fretboard. Sold in its brown case with pink fuzzy lining, typical of that era so beloved by Les Paul enthusiasts: the 90s!
