Gibson Reissue 76 Explorer 1997

Launched in 1958 alongside the Flying V, both models were a resounding commercial failure. It would be another 18 years, until 1976, before Explorer production resumed, and here is its reissue. This particular model features powerful 496R and 500T ceramic pickups, shows numerous signs of use, and has a minor repair to one of the tuners, but this repair does not affect playability. It dates from a period beloved by enthusiasts of the brand: the 1990s, and specifically from 1997! It is original except for the addition of pickup covers and a stopbar. Sold in its brown case with pink fuzzy lining.
