Gibson SG reissue 62 Cherry 1988

The SG appeared under the name "Les Paul" in 1961, for reasons unknown, and in 1986 Gibson reissued the model as the '62… These series are excellent in terms of craftsmanship; the pickups are Bill Lawrence HB-L and HB-R. The neck isn't a slim taper like on the '61 reissues; it's narrower and rounder. This particular guitar has several dings but plays perfectly. It comes in a brown Gibson case with pink fuzzy lining from the 90s.
