There Llama Mk.3 Delay is a compact and warm analog delay effects pedal, designed for guitar (and even bass), which reproduces the classic sound of circuit echoes bucket brigade (BBD) using Panasonic MN3205 chips for rich, organic repeats, without the clinical feel of many digital delays. The Mk.3 version adds welcome modern features: a tap tempo with a subdivision selector (quarter notes, eighth notes, dotted eighth notes) to synchronize the delay with the tempo, a Hold function that generates creative wobble by holding down the footswitch, and the option to choose between true bypass or buffered trails to let the repeats fade out naturally. The controls remain simple (Level, Time, Repeats) for intuitive use on stage or in the studio, with up to 600 ms of maximum delay and meticulous handcrafted construction.
