The Charlie Brown is a boutique overdrive pedal designed to recreate the sound of a Marshall JTM45, one of the iconic amps of 1960s rock. It acts as a true "amp-in-a-box," capable of transforming a clean amp into a British stack with a vintage crunch ranging from a light breakup to a thick, classic rock saturation. It features Volume, Drive, Bass, Middle, and Treble controls, replicating the functionality of a real Marshall tone stack for precise tone shaping. Highly dynamic, it responds well to guitar volume and pick attack, allowing you to go from an almost clean sound to a harmonically rich crunch. Powered by 9V and in true bypass, it is particularly appreciated for blues, classic rock, or Hendrix-style playing and for its ability to blend well with other pedals.
