Pickguard Lollar Blackface Set 2017

The Blackface set is a premium single-coil pickup designed by Lollar to recreate the sound of the best mid-1960s Stratocasters. Inspired by Fender's "blackface" era, these pickups offer a remarkable balance of clarity, dynamics, and warmth, with silky highs, slightly scooped mids, and well-defined lows. They retain all the snap and precision expected of a Strat, while being richer and less aggressive than some traditional vintage pickups. Highly regarded in blues, rock, funk, and pop, they are often considered one of the best alternatives to Fender Custom Shop pickups for those seeking an authentic vintage tone with excellent playing and volume control.
