The 4001 (which preceded the 4003) is the quintessential rock bass! With Lemmy Kilmister, Chris Squire, and Cliff Burton as ambassadors, it has long since earned its stripes. This 1980 model is black—or rather, JetGlo, as they say within the Californian brand; it has developed a beautiful patina, and everything is original except for a refret and the rewinding of the bridge pickup by HepCat. Sold with its original case.
