To celebrate its 30th anniversary in 1994, Guitar Center, in collaboration with Fender, released a limited edition of 250 guitars. It retained the features of the 1962 reissue but with a more modern look thanks to its flamed maple top and back. It came with a set of Texas Special pickups. Sold with a non-original case.
