Blackstar Amplifier HT-1R MkII

The HT1R MkII is a small, all-tube, 1-watt combo amp designed for home practice and recording, but with a sound that's much "bigger" than its size would suggest. It uses an ECC83 preamp and an ECC82 power amp in a unique push-pull configuration, allowing it to retain a true tube amp feel even at low volumes. With its two channels (clean and overdrive), switchable voicings, reverb, USB output, and especially the ISF control that lets you switch between American and British tones, it covers a wide range of sounds, from Fender clean to Marshall crunch. Its 8-inch speaker is understandably limited in size, but for home practice, studio work, or even a small apartment setup, it's a benchmark in the modern mini tube amp segment.
