In 1956, Fender introduced two guitars aimed at beginners and those on a budget: the Musicmaster and the Duo-Sonic. In 1964, the Mustang was launched, its main difference from the Duo being the addition of a vibrato. This 1965 24-inch scale model in Daphne Blue boasts a superb patina and is another renowned L-series guitar! The B-shaped neck isn't too thin on this entirely original model, except for… the vibrato arm. It comes in its beautiful speckled gray case, reminiscent of salmon skin!
