The 125 existed in many forms: T for thinline (quarter body), C for cutaway, D for humbucker with two P90 pickups, and sometimes TD, TC, TDC, DC, and so on. It was Gibson's entry-level archtop, and its narrower body compared to a 175, for example, made it suitable for genres like rock, blues, etc. This particular model is the quarter-body, the same size as an ES-335, with a P90 pickup. Note the absence of a pickguard, the replacement of the bridge and jack, and the fact that it comes in a more recent but much more protective case than those from the 1960s!
