Greer Amplification Southland Harmonic Overdrive

The Southland Harmonic is a boutique overdrive pedal made in the USA, designed as a more powerful evolution of the brand's famous Lightspeed Overdrive. It offers more gain thanks to two clipping stages, allowing it to go from a dynamic and organic overdrive to a more sustained saturation while retaining plenty of sensitivity to playing and pick attack. Its sonic character is distinguished by a strong midrange without the typical "bump" of many overdrives, a presence in the high frequencies that helps it cut through the mix, and a sustain rich in harmonics. Equipped with simple controls (Volume, Drive, and Range), true bypass, and operating at 9-18V, it is prized for its very "tube amp" tone and its ability to blend with other pedals, particularly the Lightspeed.
