JHS Angry Charlie V3

The Angry Charlie V3 is a high-gain distortion/overdrive pedal designed to recreate the sound of a cranked Marshall JCM800, one of the most iconic rock amps. It functions as a true "amp-in-a-box," capable of transforming a clean amp into a British stack with a thick tone, tight bass, aggressive mids, and plenty of sustain. The V3 features a full three-band EQ (Bass, Middle, Treble) in addition to Volume and Drive controls, allowing you to sculpt your sound just like on a real Marshall amp. Powered by 9-18V, with true bypass, it can go from a vintage rock crunch to a highly saturated distortion, and is particularly well-suited for rock, hard rock, and modern British sounds.
